  • Performs various clerical support duties for assigned work group. Compile and distribute monthly training delinquency report, data, and reports as needed

  • Maintain and upload training documents to the SWPF Intranet (Salt PCP)

  • Gathers, photocopies, collates, and distributes hardcopy materials.

  • Maintains various files and assists in setting up a filing system for new materials.

  • May produce forms, labels, and lists, either manually or by using a personal computer. May distribute either hardcopy or electronic forms on a regular basis.

  • Receives visitors, answers telephones, responds to basic inquiries, and distributes mail.

  • Order supplies for training and training department as needed

  • Prepare documents and interoffice correspondence

  • Performs other responsibilities as appropriate

Minimum Education, Experience and Specialized Training Requirements:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)

  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
