Plans, schedules, and exercises administrative authority over all field asset collection work at client's locations.Coordinate fieldactivities, prepares asset collectionschedules, and provides technical guidance to support the asset collection effort during construction operations in accordance withclient’s procedures and industrybestpractices.


Plans, organizes, and ensures adequateexecution and monitoring of all fieldconstruction activitiesrelated to asset collection efforts.

Provides guidance regardingschedules, procedures, fieldinquires, and other technical information.

Establishes and maintains a close working relationship with project design engineering, client representatives, and contractors.

Participate in project\construction meetings related to asset collection efforts.

Maintains project control documentation, design drawings and specifications,change orders, etc.

Monitors contractor performance pertaining to schedule and asset collection activities.

Provide the associatedMaximoasset management training.

Makes decisions regarding long-range planning, scheduling, andwork priorities. Provide advice on field procedures, and methods to management.

Performfield asset collectionvalidation ofequipment and drawings at various stages of construction and/or implementation.

Frequently interfaces with upper-level management and client personnel.

Develop processes to account for new, relocated, and disposed of assets for on-going renovation projects

Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.


  • 4-year degree in engineering or construction-related field, or equivalent construction-related work experience

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in field construction is required.

  • Experience in the construction of large civil/structural and/or industrial projects at domestic and/or foreign locations is preferred

  • Ability to utilize construction drawings and specifications



Requiresa comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction-related processes, as well as industry practices. Also requires excellent written and oral communication skills, a familiarity with MS Project, Maximo and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering and construction, and able to work independently.
