Do you like to analyze and deconstruct things? Are you enticed by finding zero-days? Do you have a strong background in debugging? If so,we’re looking for a talented individual to help us expand upon our current operational platform and identify the next generation of capabilities for our customer.
Software reverse engineers will perform triage, categorize, and analyze discovered vulnerabilities. You will have the opportunity to perform traditional RE and vulnerability research with a focus on OCO (Offensive Cyber Operations) and DCO (Defensive Cyber Operations) activities.The feasibility and impact of the findings will often require team members to develop prototype exploitations based on identified vulnerabilities.
11+ years in software development and maintenance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field, can be applied for 4 years credit; Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field, can be applied for 6 years credit
Experience in Software Reverse Engineering
ACTIVE TS/SCI + POLY REQUIRED
Experience in x86/x64 assembly, software reverseengineering, kernel debugging, and protocol stacks
Experience in malware analysis and mitigation techniques
Computer implant architecture and development
Software reverse engineering tools: IDAPro, GDB,WinDbg, Immunity/OllyDbg
Strong understanding of the Windows and Linux OperatingSystem internals and APIs
Experience analyzing shellcode, packed and obfuscatedand the associated algorithms
Experience with Python scripting to automate analysisand RE tasks
Experience developing computer exploits
Experience in host and network analysis to identify andcharacterize anomalies and vulnerabilities in the platform
Experience documenting findings in reports andbriefings
Applicable security certifications: CISSP, C|EH, CREA,GPEN, GREM, OSCP, OSCE
