The Integration Engineer in this role supports the THSH Division Chief in the assessment of current THAAD performance, analysis of future threat capabilities and coordination of assessment of gaps in the performance
More specific responsibilities include:
·Coordinates closely with MDA/DE and the warfighters to identify and recommend prioritization of future development for the weapon system
·Provides analysis requiring the identification of new technologies for the weapon system and anticipated change in Technology Readiness Level for incorporation in the weapon system
·Reviews integration documentation such as the MDA Master Integration Plan and recommend changes to the plan to synchronize THAAD future plans with MDA Integration and Assessment Plans
·Coordinates with US Army for Materiel Release opportunities and ensure required briefings for Operational Capacity Baseline Decision Briefings are timely and coordinated
·Supports analyses, and preparation of results of analyses, findings and reports for the THSH Division Chief
·.Assists in the development and coordination of change documentation to reflect Phased Implementation Plan for new development, and U.S. Army requests for future development and the STRATCOM Prioritized Capability List
·Works closely with Warfighter personnel at the TRADOC Capability Manager for THAAD at Fort Sill; the engineer may be required to represent THSH during coordination meetings with the THAAD Project Office or MDA as directed; reviews performance, reports and deliverables from the prime contractor to assess and report status to the THSH Division Chief.Must be capable of participating and supporting analyses, and preparation of results of analyses, findings and reports for the THSH Division Chief
·Additional duties as assigned
·15+ years experience in defense and aerospace industries
·Must have experience with Program Office, prime contractor, and other teaming partner coordination
·Familiarity with MDA Acquisition Management procedures
·Strong MS Office skills, proficiency
- BS degree Engineering or similar field required

·Familiarity and past experience with THAAD Weapon System and/or Missile Defense Agency
·MS degree, Engineering or related preferred
