Project Administration Manager – Talent Management – Training

The purpose of this position is to devise the organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes.
Develops and administers training programs for employees, assesses training and development needs for the organization, helps individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge, creates training manuals, presents in-person training sessions, monitors training for effectiveness.
Oversees training programs that include web-based seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos, and much more.
Determines training needs and requirements for an organization or group by meeting with managers, talking with employees, or administering surveys.
Reviews existing training materials produced by third parties to determine appropriateness and relevance.
Modifies or creates course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs.
Presents in-person and online training sessions or hires qualified personnel to do so.
Schedules training sessions, organizes information technology and other equipment, and manages course enrolment.
Monitors training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary.
Works with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments.
Manages costs for all programs, productions, and publications to report to organization executives regarding a return on investment.
Specializes in an industry and keeps current on the activities and needs of that industry by attending regular meetings, conferences, and seminars.
Maintains understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods.
Perform Job Analysis to confirm current and future training needs.
Survey the staff to determine which competencies require more training.
Analyze the feedback from the surveys to dictate training needs.
Develop presentations to present training ideas to the Management team.
Determine the format of training (e.g. workshop, online, interactive virtual classroom).
Pilot trainings on small groups of employees and collect feedback.
Work with training team to launch training programs.
Creates individual development plans for each employee on the project.
Compiling a training plan for all employees.
Producing materials needed for training.
Working with training providers to develop suitable content for the courses.
Provide interactive workshops that teach employees about new concepts.
Work with software developers to design online trainings.
Update knowledge database to provide employees access to solutions 24 hours a day.
Perform Generalist Talent Management functions to support the project in Jazan.
Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources or relevant field.
10 years’ experience as a Training Manager or Talent Management position.
Ability to manage a large training and development team.
A proven track record of executing successful training programs.
Excellent management and critical thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
