Position Overview:

Parsons has a need for an Human Resources Service Center Supervisor for a one-year temporary assignment. Our current Supervisor will be working full time as part of our Workday implementation team. While we transition to our new HRIS platform, we need someone to manage our service center through the transition period.

Supervising a team of 20 service-oriented and technical professionals, the Human Resources Service Center Supervisor is responsible for the efficient daily operational delivery of all centralized Human Resources services for North America employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high customer service standards and operational excellence, utilizing call center/case management and HRIS technology. He or she will be managing the hiring, training and coaching of staff, and applying their effective workforce management skills to maintain our high level of customer service in this fast-paced shop.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources (or equivalent) and 15+ years of demonstrated Human Resources experience.

  • Leadership and workforce management experience in a high-volume, fast paced shared services environment.

  • In depth knowledge of Recruitment/Onboarding, Talent Management workforce administration, Benefits and Payroll functions, with a general proficiency in other aspects of Human Resources.
