Parsons Corporation Price Analyst in Yanbu, United States

An administrative position to provide written translations of construction project documents from Arabic-English and English-Arabic involving all levels of technical and administrative complexity, and to be oral interpreter to support the project manager, engineers and team members in high profile construction project.
Duties include reading or preparing all incoming and outgoing Arabic correspondences interfacing with internal project team personal and external client’s departments of other end users, verifying and maintaining proper client/Parsons formatting etiquette, and wording on correspondence, maintain proper filling conventions of project information, tracking correspondence, to ensure timely response preparation of specialized Arabic packages, and oral translation at meetings or office/site visits on an as needed basis.
Prepare Correspondence to Potential Bidder.
Obtain Confirmation of Bidders Intent to Bid.
Attend Bid Opening of RFP Documents.
Prepare Price Analysis of bidders who submit bids at the bid opening.
Receive log documents and perform the required distribution.
Coordination and processing of Parsons employee’s timesheets paychecks and Travel Authorization (TA).
Experience and Qualifications
High school Diploma or equivalent plus 6 - 8 years’ experience of secretarial / administrative works is required.
Must be fluent in both Arabic and English.
Experience in the use and operation of latest versions of Microsoft software (MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access MS outlook Etc.,) is required.
Must be able to positively interact with international staff and people.
Familiarity and experience with construction and engineering technical terms on previous projects would every beneficial.
Ability to work with minimum supervision is essential.
Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English is essential.
